90minsite is a Setupp service (ABN 95 165 176 698). This policy explains how we handle information when you scan a website, request a redesign, make an agency enquiry, contact us, or purchase a service.
We collect website URLs you submit and public website information needed to analyse the site, such as page content, screenshots, colours, images, structure, platform and technology signals. If you submit an enquiry, we also collect the details you provide, including your name, business, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, project preferences, budget, timing and message.
Where regional rules permit, we collect analytics and advertising information under an opt-out model, including page and funnel events, campaign parameters, ad-click identifiers, browser/device information and cookie identifiers. In Europe, the UK and uncertain regions, we collect this information only after you opt in. Security systems may process IP addresses and request information to prevent abuse.
We use information to run and secure the scanner, prepare redesigns, respond to enquiries, send requested confirmations and service updates, process payments, provide support, measure performance and improve our services. A website URL deliberately submitted to the scanner is retained as operational research even if optional analytics and advertising are disabled. A scan alone is not permission to contact you.
Submitting an enquiry permits us to contact you about that specific request. Occasional tips and offers by email or WhatsApp are separate, optional choices shown on the form and are not required to receive the service.
We use providers that help us host, analyse websites, generate or deliver work, send email, process payments and measure campaigns. These may include Replit, Browserless, OpenAI, Resend, Stripe, PostHog and Meta. They process information under their own terms and our service arrangements. We do not sell your contact details.
Necessary storage keeps the scanner, security features and your privacy preferences working. Outside Europe and the UK, analytics and advertising measurement may be active by default under an opt-out model when browser region signals are sufficiently clear. Visitors in strict or unknown regions must opt in first. You can disable analytics, advertising or both at any time through Privacy choices.
Anonymous scan research records are retained in identifiable raw form for up to 90 days, then rolled into de-identified daily counts for planning and reporting, which we retain for up to two years. Those counts do not contain contact details, page text, screenshots, logos, capability tokens or raw query strings. We keep enquiry and service records only while they are needed to respond, deliver the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Privacy-choice event records are removed after two years. We do not promise automatic deletion of active lead or customer records after 30 days. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely risk-free.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information linked to you, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw optional marketing permission, or make a privacy complaint. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and dispute purposes.
