You may submit a publicly accessible website that you own, manage, advise, or are otherwise authorised to analyse. Do not submit private systems, login credentials, unlawful material, or websites where automated access would breach an obligation you owe. The scan is an automated assessment and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
When you submit an enquiry, you ask us to contact you about that request through the details provided. Optional permission for unrelated tips and offers is presented separately and can be withdrawn. Accepting these Terms does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
90minsite provides website redesign and related services. For $49 AUD, the advertised package includes three live homepage redesign concepts based on the submitted website. Any delivery timeframe begins after payment is confirmed and required website access and information are available.
Websites behind logins, paywalls, access controls or anti-automation systems may not be analysable. You must not overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use the service to scan targets unlawfully. We may limit or refuse requests to protect users, third parties and the service.
Prices and inclusions are shown before purchase and payments are processed by Stripe. Any specific delivery guarantee displayed at checkout forms part of the purchased offer. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
You retain rights in material you provide and grant us permission to use it to perform the requested service. Rights in final paid deliverables are described in the applicable offer. Third-party names, content, fonts, images, platforms and software remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
Preview and scan outputs are provided to support evaluation and are not legal, accessibility, security, SEO or business advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or third-party website changes outside our control.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to change tracking choices. We may update these Terms prospectively; the date above identifies the current version.
